Do we find the aromas of maceration?

Compared to my shrubbs , this rum has an infinitely more pleasant orange aroma.

It’s this fruit essence that I would have liked to have with the pineapple maceration. A suspended maceration of a pineapple could also be an interesting idea.

Contrast between nose and mouth

There’s no contrast between the nose and the palate. It’s simply orange from start to finish. Just perfect.

The mouth
On the palate, the orange is explosive. The esters, which have lost nothing from this maceration, fill the mouth and imbue the palate with this orange aroma. There is a slight bitterness at the end, but it is the classic and pleasant bitterness of HSE 55 that draws us into its finale. A superb marriage of fresh cane and orange.

The final
The finish is almost identical to the special lead HSE 55’s. It is quite long and pleasant. There are also slight notes of orange that linger with the finish. Small notes that come to pearl from the palate.

This rum blend is exactly what I expected

It lacks a bit of coffee expression, but it’s just perfect with the orange. I love it.

Ideal tasting mode
This is a rum I announce it like you would any recommend drinking on its own. It’s so good that it would be a shame to diminish that orange flavor with any other blend.

My pleasure in tasting
So I loved tasting this arrangement, which is perfectly successful and just the way I like it. It expresses a very particular fruity aroma without agb directory destroying the beauty of the rum used to make it. As I said before, the perfect combination.

The overall rating of this rum is therefore 8 out of 100.
